We are in-network with select HMO plans (including Cigna) and accept most out-of-network (PPO) plans.

Please contact us before booking to verify your specific plan, acupuncture coverage, and estimated out-of-pocket costs.

Superbills can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

Services Not Covered by Insurance:

Please note that Cupping, Moxibustion, and Herbal Medicine are not covered by insurance. However, these services are eligible for HSA/FSA payment or direct self-pay.

Please note that coverage verification and benefit estimates are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Patients are ultimately responsible for any unpaid balances or non-covered services.
